Is the video consultation right for you?
If there is something you aren’t sure about, our experienced UK immigration lawyers can advise you during a 30-minute Video consultation.
During your consultation, we can recommend the best application for your situation, answer questions about the application form, tell you what documents you need to include, give you an opinion on the overall success of your application or talk to you about your options if you have been unfortunate enough to be refused. Our advice is always clear, transparent, and easy to follow.

“I have used Seraphus’s video consultation service twice now in order to work out options for complex immigration applications. Both times the service was professional and very helpful.”
-
“I booked a 30min online appointement and I received good and appropriate advice as well as answers to all my questions. The lawyer was nice and really helpful. I would recommend their services without hesitation, especially if you are looking for post-Brexit immigration advice or advice about the EU settlement scheme.”
-
“I was impressed by the quality of the service and the depth of legal advice provided in just 30 minutes of online consultation. A very professional, friendly and easy to use service at a reasonable cost which I would recommend without hesitation.”
-
“Super helpful, Chris was really professional and answered all my questions. You can see he knows what he is talking about. Also, I thought that 30min would not be enough, but it was more than enough. I let him know I had forgotten one question, and he kindly called me to answer that question!”
Video Consultation FAQs
-
If I have more questions after the Video Consultation, do you provide follow up advice?
You are welcome to take notes during the appointment, have advice repeated during the consultation and also have family members or friends attend the consultation with you. It may not be possible to answer all your questions within 30 minutes if your circumstances are complex and/or if you have more questions than can be answered in the time. Where this happens we will provide you with as much advice as we can during the 30 minute appointment and recommend either a second Video Consultation or an alternative service. You may benefit from our Legal Representation service so a lawyer can be assigned to represent you from start to finish with your application. We can provide a written quote for this service after assessing your situation during a Video Consultation.
-
My visa application has been refused, can you help me?
Yes we can explain your options for appealing or challenging a Home Office decision. There are normally strict deadlines for submitting an appeal/challenge, so we recommend you book a Video Consultation as soon as you receive a refusal decision. After you have booked a Video Consultation, please email us your decision refusal letter.
-
Can you review my documents before a Video Consultation?
Remember time is limited to 30 minutes for a Video Consultation, so we can only review one or two essential documents, for example a decision letter. Please email them to us prior to your appointment so they are ready for the lawyer to review and discuss during your consultation. Any reviews of cover letters, application forms or evidence you plan to submit should instead be booked through our Application Checking Service.
