Imogen Scoular

Solicitor

Imogen joined Seraphus in 2023. She is a solicitor and an accredited Senior Caseworker under the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme, with experience of all areas of legal aid and privately funded immigration law since 2016. Imogen provides clients with initial representation, conducts advocacy in the First-tier and Upper Tribunal, and onward representation at the Court of Appeal.

Imogen has expertise in working with vulnerable clients, including clients who have experienced domestic violence, gender-based violence and children’s asylum applicants, as well as preparing complex human-rights applications and appeals. She provides legal advice surgeries to our charity partner Latin American House and advice to homeless clients from St Mungo’s.

Imogen graduated in law with a First-class Honours from the University of Liverpool before obtaining a distinction in her masters and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. She is an author for Free Movement.
