Lydia Martin

Partnerships and Engagement Manager

Lydia joined Seraphus in 2025 as Partnerships and Engagement Manager. In this role, she is strengthening our work with civil society actors, ensuring our legal advice and expertise is accessible to grassroots and non-specialist groups and organisations.

With over 25 years in community engagement and community development, specifically with marginalised and minoritised communities, Lydia has been working in the EU Settlement Scheme space for the last 5 years developing networks with the sector, and partnerships with community-based groups supporting vulnerable EU citizens.She has MAs in Social and Cultural Geography, and Creative Entrepreneurship.
